Jamal Green, 38, is charged with felony DWI. Police say Green was intoxicated Sunday night, when his car had mechanical problems. It was either stalled or moving very slowly without its lights on when another vehicle hit it.
Police say that driver, Jaime Reyes, was also intoxicated.
The crash killed Green's 4-year-old son.
Reyes is also charged, but with misdemeanor DWI.
