All westbound lanes of the North Loop were shut down at Ella on Friday night, including the entrance ramp from Shepherd/Durham. It was scheduled to reopen at 5am Monday, but crews opened all lanes Sunday morning.
The closure was necessary as construction crews make repairs on the bridge deck.
