Joe Fleming is charged with burglary with intent to commit a felony. Precinct 4 deputy constables arrested him Sunday night after he allegedly kicked in his girlfriend's door and pointed a gun at her head.
She told deputies he slapped her and pulled her hair.
Fleming has been relieved of duty pending the outcome of the investigation into the case.
