More pressure mounts on Harris County attorney

HOUSTON

The report, released Monday, is barely five pages long. It contains legal advice, but doesn't say who may have broken the law. Now the county judge says he wants to see what the watchdog won't let you see.

"To come out with just a simple, five-page report that says if you have any questions call me, I would like to see more," Harris County Judge Ed Emmett said.

One of Ryan's potential political opponents next fall says if the watchdog won't do his job, he should resign. The main focus of Ryan's investigation was Constable Victor Trevino. Ryan and Trevino are both Democrats.
