They allegedly strapped their seven-year-old granddaughter's toy car to the back of their SUV using dog leashes and took off going 10 miles per hour down the road with the child inside.
The little girl was wearing only a bathing suit, and to make matters worse, the elderly couple was allegedly drunk.
They now face numerous charges. The little girl was not hurt.
