The event marked the 176th anniversary of Texas Independence.
Attendees enjoyed music, food and games.
The most popular event of the day was the battle reenactment, which annually dramatizes the winning 18-minute battle Gen. Sam Houston led over the Mexican army 176 years ago.
Without the battle, historians say Texas would have never won its independence from Mexico.
