A girl who's now a teen told the Webster Police Department that back in 2004 when she was just nine years old her parents would leave her at the home of a neighboring couple every day before school at 5am. The girl alleges that Jorge Batres would touch her inappropriately each morning.
According to court documents, the girl claims the abuse occurred every morning for months, until her mother's work schedule changed and they no longer needed child care before school.
The girl says she never told anyone about the alleged abuse until recently, when she made outcry to her mother and a police officer.
Batres, 63, is charged with indecency with a child. Bail has been set at $60,000 in the case.
