Speed may be to blame for fatal motorcycle accident

HOUSTON

Police say a motorcycle rider was speeding along Fair Lake near FM 1960 when an SUV pulled out in front of him. The rider hit the side of the SUV and was killed instantly.

Authorities say the driver of the SUV will most likely not face charges.
