One of the most wanted sex offenders in Texas is wanted no more. The Department of Public Safety announced on Thursday that a tip led to Cody James Guzman's arrest in Wisconsin.

Guzman, 26, was arrested by the U.S. Marshal's Service at a mobile home in Rock County, Wisconsin, after a tip call came in. Guzman is now facing a federal charge of Flight to Avoid Prosecution.

Guzman had last been seen in Moody, Texas, which is near Waco, and was added to the most wanted sex offender list this past January.

He's wanted by officials in McLennan County and Coryell County for failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements. According to the DPS, his criminal history includes convictions for aggravated sexual assault, indecency with a child, injury to a child and sexual performance of a child.

A $3,000 cash reward will be paid to the anonymous tipster through Texas Crime Stoppers
