Anthony Hall is charged with aggravated assault, with gasoline being the weapon. Police say Hall got into an argument with another man over a small amount of money. When the victim refused to hand it over, police say Hall threw gasoline on the victim and tried to light him on fire.
Hall, 48, is in jail on a $30,000 bond.
