The 15-year-old girl told a Harris County Sheriff's deputy that in November 2011 she went to a neighborhood park where she said three males were sexually harassing her. According to court documents, she said the males gave her alcohol, even though they knew she was underage, and then forced her to perform sex acts.
The girl identified Trymaine Hollins, 19, from a photo lineup. Officials say Hollins is also seen on surveillance video fleeing the area. Hollins has denied the accusations.
Hollins is charged with sexual assault of a child under 17 years of age. Bail has been set at $30,000.
