He is one of three juveniles accused of breaking into the Duck Tours business in Galveston last month and stealing a fire extinguisher.
Galveston ISD police officers say identified this suspect saying the 16-year-old juvenile is known for his signature dance move which he does in the hallways at school.
Charges are pending as the investigation is expected to be completed early next week.
Police say the dancing suspect was caught on Thursday.
