During a hearing Wednesday morning, a judge decided it's OK for the parents to have possession of the 17-month-old girl and her 5-month-old brother. However, Child Protective Services still had custody of the children.
Last week, deputies were called to Tactical Firearms in Katy after the store's owner called to report that the two children were left for nearly an hour. It was all captured on tape.
The children were taken out of their homes, but no charges have been filed as of yet.
