Killeen police on Wednesday said the victims died after the cycle apparently missed a curve and wrecked.
Police received a 911 call Tuesday afternoon from a person who found the motorcycle and the bodies of a man and a woman.
Police later identified the pair as 24-year-old Korey DeShaun Raimey and 18-year-old Mercedes Lewis. Police did not immediately say who was driving.
Investigators are trying to determine what time the crash happened.
