Raymond Lee Cavitt faces sexual assault of a child charges. His victim told police she and a friend were over at his house when he gave them something to drink. The teen says both she and her friend passed out, and she woke up with Cavitt on top of her.
Cavitt is a registered sex offender with a prior conviction of sexual assault. He's now in the Harris County Jail.
