The accident happened in the 8000 block of Scott Street at Hondo St. on Houston's south side.
According to a spokesperson for the Houston Police Department, the officers were en route to a call in a patrol unit when a civilian ran a stop sign.
The officers were transported to Memorial Herman Hospital with minor injuries. There was no word on whether the other driver was injured.
