It happened around 11pm Saturday at the Tuscany Villa Hall on F.M. 1463.
Fort Bend County deputies say they were called to the hall and found a 43-year-old man with gunshot wounds to the head and stomach.
The victim was taken by Life Flight to the hospital.
At last check, he was in critical condition.
