Thirty-three-year-old Oscar Mata-Guevara faces up to life in prison. The San Antonio Express-News reported that he faces up to life in prison when sentenced later by state District Judge Ron Rangel.
The girls are 5 and 6 years old.
Medical records show that, when the girls made in outcries in 2008, both had gonorrhea, and the older also had Chlamydia. Mata-Guevara denied molesting the children.
The defense suggested jurors focus on another man, a registered sex offender, but prosecutors said that man didn't have an STD.
