The incident happened around 6pm on Louetta near Kuykendahl.
Police say three teens were trying to cross the street when one of them, a 14-year-old, was struck by pickup truck. The teen was thrown from his bike.
The boy was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital via LifeFlight in critical condition.
The other two teens were interviewed by deputies then released to their parents.
The driver of the pickup, a woman in her late 20's or early 30's, stayed on the scene.
