Police say the man died in the middle of the tracks on 72nd Street near Capitol with a bottle of liquor right next to his body.
Authorities believe the man had been drinking, then laid down on the tracks and fell asleep. When police arrived, his body was in the middle of the tracks.
His name has not yet been released.
