For months, the FBI has been looking for a woman who was robbing banks in the Houston area. Now, there's a chance she may have been caught.

Deputies with the Harris County Sheriff's Office were called to the Capital One Bank at 10951 Jones Road at FM 1960 after they say a woman robbed the place around 4pm. Now investigators are trying to figure out if it's the same woman seen in surveillance pictures released by the FBI. They say the woman in the pictures is responsible for three robberies, including another robbery in November at this very same bank.

Two more robberies are linked to the female suspect at Compass Bank on Louetta and another Capitol One branch on FM 1960. Both were at the end of last year.

On Thursday afternoon, deputies say the woman went into the bank and robbed it at gunpoint. There were several customers inside when the 911 call was made. The woman was arrested as she left and interviewed at the scene. Initially, you see her with short hair in the video, but at the scene, investigators put a wig they found back on her to take pictures and see if she is the same woman linked to the past robberies.

"All of a sudden, I noticed people running out of Capitol One. I was like, what is going on there? All of a sudden, all the lights turned red and all you seen was nothing but cops coming," witness Alredo Senteno said.

The female suspect was driving a black Mercedes, which was also taken from the scene.

No one was hurt in any of the robberies.

In the December robbery at Capital One, investigators say the woman in the surveillance pictures threatened the teller, even asking for more money once she was given some of the initial cash.
