Congress wants to try to keep people on welfare from using federal dollars at strip clubs.

The House of Representatives passed a bill that would require states to ban people from access to government benefit dollars at places like strip clubs, casinos and liquor stores.

The bill came about after reports that people who have benefit transfer cards, which work like ATM cards, were getting money at topless bars, Las Vegas casinos and on cruise ships.
