The driver noticed smoke billowing out of the back of his truck just before 3am. He pulled over and firefighters advised him to dump his load along the feeder road near Telephone. It was the only way they could spray that garbage down with water to avoid a massive fire.
Once it was sprayed down, it took at least 2 ½ hours to clean all that trash up.
