Michael Seaton is charged with capital murder for the death of Dustyn Roff. Seaton was dating the boy's mother. He is accused of flying into a rage last week when she came home from work late and attacking Roff.
Seaton fled to Milam County but turned himself in on Tuesday.
Seaton, 21, is charged with capital murder. Homicide investigators questioned him last night.
