It happened on December 6 at the Cascade Creek Apartments on the Sam Houston Parkway. Witnesses told deputies that Justin Parker shot Reginald Jackson with a shotgun during an argument over cocaine. Jackson later died at the hospital.
Parker, 24, was arrested and faces capital murder charges.
No bond has been set in this case.
