Reliant Energy Wednesday delivered more than 300 toys to the Salvation Army warehouse. The toys were collected through a company-wide toy drive.
Also in the warehouse are thousands of toys donated by Houstonians and area toy drives, that includes the toy drive at the mayor's holiday celebration and tree lighting.
The Salvation Army says the need is overwhelming this year.
If you would like to donate, the Salvation Army could use items like toys, clothing, books and donations for seniors.
