Luling City Market in southwest Houston held a gift drive for soldiers this weekend.
Volunteers collected snacks, toiletries, movies and other items and sorted them into boxes to be shipped overseas.
The market has organized soldier gift drives twice a year for the past six years. They ship about 200 care packages every Christmas and Fourth of July.
