The deputy has not been charged with a crime, but he has been suspended without pay. On Thanksgiving Day, a woman called 911 and said the deputy had sexually assaulted her at a southeast Harris County apartment complex. She says he was in uniform, but not on duty.
The Sheriff's Office is investigating and says they have received conflicting stories.
