Back in August, the manager of Brixx Bar told officers he "subdued" 30-year-old Jonathan Johnson in an alley after catching him trying to break in. Johnson died before police arrived.
An autopsy revealed Johnson had toxic levels of methamphetamine and cocaine in his system. Investigators are calling the death a homicide because Johnson had been restrained. No word as to whether any charges will be filed.
