It happened in the 1800block of West Main Street earlier this month. The victim told police he was counting money in the back room of the restaurant when the man pointed a gun at him and demanded money.
After receiving the cash the suspect fled the scene. The suspect is described as being approximately 45 to 50 years of age, five foot eight to five foot ten inches tall, and between 250 and 270 pounds.
Detectives have since learned that the same suspect has robbed two Cricket stores, one in La Marque and one in Dickinson. Anyone with information about any of these robberies please contact League City police at 281-338-4174.
