Police say the two women -- Cymone Anthony, 20, and Beoncay Sade Kesee, 23 -- lured Luis Vasquez and a friend to the back of the West Wood Garden condominiums in the 9300 block of Country Creek on October 16. Police say the other two suspects -- Ashtin Johnson and Martez Levy -- jumped Vasquez, beat him with a blunt force object, and then shot him in the back of the head.
Levy was arrested earlier this month. The other three were arrested this week.
