The Dallas-based airline said Thursday that the TLC network has ordered 13 half-hour episodes from ITV Studios America. A title and broadcast schedules have not been announced.
Southwest says the show will feature customer and employee stories at the carrier.
Southwest was also the setting for a show called "Airline," that ran on the A&E network and featured vignettes about employees and passengers.
