The Coast Guard released video of responders air-lifting 29-year-old Francisco Desor from his boat on Monday afternoon. The Coast Guard was called in after Desor reportedly injured his arm aboard his 78-foot fishing vessel.
Desor was transported to UTMB-Galveston. His condition is unknown.
