According to officials, the body was discovered around 12:40pm Saturday at a home in the 12500 block of Wellington Park near Youngblood Intermediate School.
A neighbor who went into the apartment with the woman's husband told us the woman was an alcoholic and it appears the drinking may have caused her death.
Houston Police Department Homicide investigators were called to the scene, but saw no immediate signs of foul play.
