Prayer vigil held for missing elderly woman

HOUSTON

Family and friends have been searching for High since she disappeared in a rental car on October 3.

Her family became concerned when she never showed up for work at a Chase Bank in southeast Houston. She hasn't been seen or heard from since.

On Sunday, her family and friends went to a higher power for help in finding her. A prayer vigil was held at The First Christian Church of Pasadena.

The community continues to hope and pray for her safe return.

Police say there are no new breaks in the case. The car still has not been found, and there has been no activity on her credit cards or bank accounts.

High was driving a 2010 black Dodge Avenger with license plate number CD6-J492.

This is an active Houston Police Department missing person's case, so anyone with information is encouraged to contact the police department. Her family is still offering a $5,000 reward for information.
