Arlington Fire Department officials say one man suffered a broken leg Tuesday morning when he leaped from a second-floor balcony. Spokesman Pedro Arevalo says two other people were treated for smoke inhalation.
Authorities are trying to determine what sparked the fire that damaged or destroyed more than a dozen units. Arevalo says the fire may have originated in a first-floor unit.
The American Red Cross is assisting displaced residents.
