Firefighters were called out to the scene on Gessner at Beechnut around 2am Saturday.
They had to use the Jaws of Life to get several passengers out of the car, but all are expected to be okay.
Investigators say the driver of the SUV ran away after the accident.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
