Brian Keith Lorenz, 39, was arrested last april afer passing out in the drive-through lane of a Chik-Fil-A. Officers say Lorenz was highly intoxicated and admitted to taking prescription pills before getting behind the wheel.
Police say Lorenz has been arrested a total of nine times for DWIs and has been to prison twice.
