Man charged with DWI in woman's death on seawall

Felix Garza, 29, is charged with DWI, manslaughter and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

A Texas City man who's been charged with DWI before is charged again, but this time he's accused of killing someone.

Felix Garza, 29, is accused of hitting two people along the Galveston Seawall early Sunday morning. Amanda Medlock, 34, died and Vincent Jeffus, 36, was critically hurt.

Garza is charged with DWI for the third time, as well as manslaughter. Garza is also charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Bond has been set at a total of $150,000.
