Man arrested on allegations of child porn possession

HOUSTON

Investigators say, back in June, Byron McNeil dropped off his laptop for repair at Bits and Bytes Computers in Katy. A technician discovered the pornography while running tests on the laptop and called police.

McNeil is being held on a $20,000 bond.
