It ended a little after 12:30am on Fulton at the North Loop. Police say they ran the tags on a minivan and it came back stolen. But when they tried to pull the vehicle over the driver took off. Eventually, the driver lost control, and the three teens inside tried to run.
They were all caught. Police say they are just 15 and 16 years old.
