Randy Lee Patterson, 43, is charged with terroristic threat. According to court documents, Patterson threatened to commit an aggravated assault with a bomb on City Hall on September 25.
Patterson already has a prior conviction of terroristic threat from 2009.
Bond has been set at $10,000 in this case.
