It happened at the Hillcroft apartments on Hillcroft near Westpark. Police say a man and woman robbed someone just before 9pm, then went to the apartment building. The victim followed them and called police.
SWAT was called to the scene and the man gave himself up immediately, but the woman refused to come out. Police used tear gas and K-9 units to take her into custody around 1am.
