The suspects were arrested in two vehicles during a traffic stop on the Gulf Freeway Friday.
Police had followed them from a nearby credit union inside a Kroger.
The men are accused of conspiring to rob that bank.
They're also being investigated for a series of other grocery store bank robberies across Houston over the past year.
