Doxy showed off her mobility cart at the Houston SPCA. We told you last summer the Dachshund mix had a birth defect that prevented her front legs from properly forming. A Houstonian donated the money for the cart which was built by a company in Massachusetts.
Doxy's family wanted to thank the SPCA for helping them get the cart.
