Francisco Rodriguez, 61, was last seen in Eagle Pass.
Rodriguez is a Latino man. He is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 145 pounds. He has brown eyes, gray hair and an olive complexion.
It is unknown what type of clothing he was wearing when he went missing. Officials said he has tubes placed in his forearms.
