Police arrested 20-year-old Rigoberto Jaramillo early Tuesday morning after they say he was spotted breaking into a car. Police say they searched his mother's home and found items that connected him to five car break-ins.
On Monday morning, Rosenberg police say they caught 28-year-old Jason Charcas attempting to steal a vehicle.
Both men were taken to the Fort Bend County Jail.
