The driver allegedly followed, tailgated and taunted an HPD officer moments after that officer wrote him a speeding ticket on the North Freeway near West Road. When that driver nearly hit the officer's back bumper, the officer called in back-up.
The driver in his 20s was eventually arrested on a charge of reckless driving. It turns out he's an Army soldier based in San Antonio. HPD is now contacting the Army.
