It happened on Cypress Rosehill around 1am. Deputies say the driver of a pickup saw the man lying on the road, but couldn't stop in time. He ended up running over the man. The driver called 911, but the man died.
Deputies say the victim was alive at the time of the incident. His bicycle was also nearby.
The medical examiner will look into whether the victim was drunk at the time.
