A man's body was discovered just before 5:30am Sunday in a driveway on Hawkins near Airline.
Sheriff's deputies say the victim, 23, was shot at a party in the 1400 block of Stoneshire.
According to officials, the victim's friend loaded him into a car and drove him to another friend's house. Deputies believe that friend may have been trying to help the victim.
Several people have been detained for questioning. It is unknown where the man died.
